Still having trouble?
Guests can't join or see each other
Ask the guest to reload the invite page and allow camera and microphone. On strict company networks UDP 3478 and TCP 443 must be open.
The app says it's offline
Check that your firewall or VPN lets the app reach our API over HTTPS. Shows already on air keep running while the app reconnects.
Payments and invoices
Payments run on Stripe. If checkout or invoices fail while everything here is green, check status.stripe.com.
